Default Wiring nightmare...

That's what my car is.

Tonight after replacing a power steering pump, I was hooking my meth inj. line up to my intake elblow, and don't ask me how ( IAT was unhooked ) metal from the elbow ( a clamp to be exact ) hit a headlight bracket, and sparked like crazy! I quickly took it off. What are the chances I fried something?

That's what the fuses are there for, to protect your electrical systems components. You should be fine.

Everything seems to be working just fine today. It was odd as there is no ground or anything attached to the bracket I hit.
