HUH? Posessed Signals?

HUH? Posessed Signals? OK, long story short, had to put in a new steering column (used)
Got it all hooked up and ready to go. However, it seems that the rear two lights blink as does the passenger side front even without the key in the ignition. If you click it over to the right position, it will turn on the driver's side blinker as well.
I am "thinking" bad turn signal cam switch but getting quite tired of buying parts and guessing the actual problem.
