I have static in my speakers . I thought my old speakers were busted, but when i replaced them with new ones, the static was still there. Can someone tell me why is that?

Could be a number of things. Could be a loose connector on the back of the radio. Could be something loose on the amplifier. Could be something going bad in the amplifier. Need some more info. Does it happen all the time? Some of the time? When you turn left or right? Static can be a tough one to diagnose over the net. Best bet is to take it to a pro, have them hear what it is doing in person, and go from there. Good luck!!!

I also start with checking the grounds for the amp and the head unit. Then move to the speakers to make sure the wires are not grounding out to bare metal.
