vette radio ok so i bought a vette 2 weeks ago and i went tonight to finally put my old radio into it outta my ta i get it all hooked up and it wont turn on the connecters were the same but the vette has some wires in a place on it that the ta didnt. anybody know if it needs a difrent harness adapter the one i have is for gms. also what speaker can i replace the door one with cause it poped. thanx

you need an adapter for the bose subs to work, the rest will work but in the C5 there is no switched ignition wire in the harness. Run the switched ignition wire/accessory wire from radio to the fuse box in the passenger kickpanel there will be a 3 pin conenctor in the upper left side and the switched ignition wire is there, otherwise tap at the ignition switch.
