What is a good looking deck for a Pontiac?
I looked hard at the JVC stuff again. Just not sure.

You can change the buttons to red, and alter the display to match as well.
It is a media player only though, no CD, but looked like slick unit.

. I have it in my truck though, so that doesn't matter to me. I like having the option to play CDs with this unit - although I haven't used one yet. If you want the cd changer for the alpine it's another $300. I honestly loved my Kenwood, but that was also a touchscreen DVD player had more bells and whistles on it than you could imagine. Only thing I didn't like about it was that it was a manual flip (hit the button and it ejected the screen and then you had to flip it up) and the constant worry of someone breaking into my car and stealing it (although I never take my faceplate off my cd players anyways).
Pioneer has been a great success story in that it looks cool and has some nifty features to screw around with since it has an ungodly amount of presets to it. No subs in the car though
Never liked my Clarion or JVC...don't know why just didn't think they lived up to the hype they had and the Clarion had way too much stuff to try to do on a small LED display
Alpine and Eclipse were some badass decks, but your going to pay for it in the end...my eclipse was close to $800 just for the deck alone and my Alpine was nearly $600. The only thing more expensive I've owned was the In-Dash at $1500....given that I also got these things at cost, thats a lot of dough if your getting it at consumer rates.
