? about amp(s) needed

? about amp(s) needed i dont really know **** about audio... never been my thing, so i never learned about it.... but for xmas my parents are getting me any system i want, headunit, components, subs, amps the whole deal,
so i was thinking an avic n3, 2 jl 10w7s, and w/e components will sound good with that.... my question is with the w7's rated at 500w RMS could i use their 1000/1 amp to power both at 500 rms? or would i need a different amp with more or less power? the subs run 3 ohms with dvc's and the amp will run 1000w from 1-4 ohms depending on power run to it, so the power will be there but will it be ther right power for the subs?
also wut kina components would you recommend with those other parts of the system?

Yeah, looks like it'll work. I'm not sure how many watts it'll be putting out - it might be 1000, it might be a little more. Just wire the subs in parallel and it will be good. The total load will come out to 1.5 ohms, letting the amp work at its max and power your subs perfectly.
