Fog light goes on and off at random?

Fog light goes on and off at random? Hey, well my passenger fog light seems to like to go on and off completely at random, i know its not a loose connection as when i checked its connector it seemed on tight but still wont go on.
I will probably just go buy a replacement soon as it might have burnt out by now, but i cant be sure. I have no idea what caused it to go on and off at random as the first time it happened i assumed it burnt out then bought a new one and suddenly viola it worked! I return it and it stops working again lol. Since that time it has been pretty random but lately i haven't seen it come on. So if anyone has any advice that would help. Thanks
