please help with my HID's!!! :(

please help with my HID's!!! :( hey i installed some hid's and now the FM radio is REALLY static-y when they are on. like you can barely hear music. i attached a ground wire to the ballast but that didnt help... 
any other ideas??

well it WAS attached via a double stick foam pad. and it still did it, so i attached a ground wire to the ballast. but it is STILL making static. any other ideas?

you know, i forgot the name, i threw away the box, 
(HID systems maybe) but it came with two ballasts, two bulbs, two fused connectors, and two bulb connectors. and now they sent me 2 noise filter connectors and i put those on, but THEY didnt even help. i made the little ground wires myself.
