need help with steeringwheel controls and alpine hi everyone
i got a alpine cda-9887 radio, i am trying to keep my steering wheel controls.
i bought the peripheral elctronics PESWIAKJC. it says for firebirds to use the orange wire on thier unit and wire it in to the orange/black wire on the radio harness. which they also say its a gm5 connector, which i think is wrong, i have a 20 pin connector, now which wire do i use on my connector?
and what wire do i use on the peripheral elctronics module???

Man, are they wrong! There is no orange with black wire in the factory harness. The steering wheel control signal wire is dark blue. The pinout listing for the factory connector is in the Monsoon FAQ sticky.
