Default welding on car...do I need to unhook system?

I need to weld some subframes on the car using an ARC welder. It's obviouse I need to unhook the batter as to not cause trouble, but I don't know much about amps and stereo systems. Should I unhook them as well, remove fuses etc. to make sure there are no problems, or will it be fine?

Becareful around lines. Good luck.

If you unhook the ground from you're battery you'll be fine... If not, you may pop your airbags...
