Factory CD Changer Help Hey guys, my buddy gave me a the Factory 12 disc CD changer from his 98 camaro, because he keeps getting a E30 code. So I put in my 00 Trans Am to see if it does the samething for me, and it does. So the changer recognizes that I have cd's in there because I can switch from disc to disc, but right before it's about to play it throws the E30 error code. I even tried using a cd lens cleaner, and nothing. Oh, and yes, I put the CD's label side down.
Any ideas? Has this happen to anybody else? or is this thing dead??
