headlight problem
My headlights are acting up and I believe its because the passenger side has stripped its gear. can I replace just the gear or do I need to buy an entirely new motor? thanks in advance.

just buy a new gear is like 45 dollars and real easy to install! google 4th gen headlight fix and you should get a link to the guy that sells them! Also he shows a way to fix it for free, may or may not work for you depending if the gear has been rotated before. My both headlights went off one before the other only bought one gear and the other i fixed with the free write up! Good Luck fixing it!

Just gear, replaced mine last week and problem is gone, works much better than the original lousy and crappy plastic one from GM, the other is fine but gonna replace it this weekend anyways. You can get gears from bfranker.
