Default Clifford Alarm removal issue

Well I just found out last night I had a Clifford alarm system with Itellistart4 on it. The previous owner had no idea what the little black buttons in the car were so I never messed with them until last night when somehow I must have armed the system...... lol fun times

To make a long story short the alarm boxes are now removed and I presume most everything is back to normal under the steering column area. Except the car wont start now.... it had been disabled to where the starter wouldnt even engage but now it attempts to start but sounds as though it might not be getting fuel..... I have no idea, im lost. I am getting it towed to the shop in an hour or so but was hoping there was some slim chance someone may have experience with removing/installing these things and might know what i missed.
