reading lamp problem

reading lamp problem so im not sure what happened...but at the current moment, the reading lamps in the rear view mirror are on no matter witch way the swtiches are turned! either in the on or off position, the lights stay on! anyone know why?

I've never heard of a blown fuse making things stay on - they usually go off when the fuse blows...
Do the lights go off after the ignition is off for about 10-15 minutes? It might be that the door switch is bad and the BCM thinks the door is open. The "battery protection" circuit in the BCM would shut them off after 10-15 minutes.
