Default PLX wideband install, capacitor usage

I am installing a plx wideband and it says i should use the included capacitors if i am using any thing that uses the analog outputs.

Basically, my wideband output is going to be wired to:
1.) -pcm- through egr pin (hptuners is logging it),
2.) a gauge that has a/f shutoff for my nitrous kit.
3.) Possibly another wideband a/f gauge.

Do i need to use capacitors and if so, how do iuse them? Items #1 and #2 won't be using a ground from the plx controller so i have no idea how to even use the capacitors. Can anyone shed some light for me?
