radio not coming on

ok well my HU wont come on at all. it was working just yesterday. lastnight i replaced the whole inside of my car. when my brother was taking the console out there is a switch or somthing on the left side corner (i dont know what its even for i think its for i light or somthing but i dont have a console lid.)well my brother was undoing the wires to it (black and orange) when they touched each other. now idk if this would make somthing blow. but i have checked every fuse and checked every wire going to the HU. please help thanks

If a power and ground wire touched while they had power, then you blew a fuse. Check your fuses again, it should be in the fuse box by the driver door
