Default alarm going off randomly

it just started going off randomly. no reason. sometimes il lock it and it goes off right away and other times ill walk away and a few minutes later it goes off. it jus happened all of a sudden. doors are closed, hood, trunk all normal

Unplug the shock sensor on the right rear wheel housing under the plastic quarter trim. The vast majority of alarm problems are caused by the shock sensor going bad. If unplugging the sensor solves the problem, he can decide whether he wants to replace it or just leave it unplugged.

mine did the same thing and i just unplugged it.

if you think about it, you never really check to see if its your car when you hear an alarm going off anyways. in fact the first time mine went off randomly at my house the first thing that came to my mind was finding my keys and shutting it off, not running and getting a gun to blast the fool trying to steal my car
