help with speaker
The outer plastic grill thing comes off by squeezing it across the grill slightly with your fingers. You'll see there are tabs that lock it in to the plastic sail panel - just pop those out one-by-one.
The dust cover grill thing attached to the speaker itself is just glued on and you'll get a new one with a replacement OEM speaker.
If you take the old/bad speaker, rip out the paper cone and voice coil. You can drill out the four posts/rivets that hold the magnet to the carrier. (Just drill out enough to penetrate the sheet metal speaker carrier.) Then whack the carrier lightly with a hammer and you are left with a wicked strong utility magnet. (If you do this, be careful. Its strong enough that if you get it near metal and aren't holding on to it well, you could hurt yourself.)
