security light? what the hell is up with this?

security light? what the hell is up with this? just started coming on while driving and stays on for like 10-15 mins sometimes. and it did it once tonight when i tried to start the car....of course i had to wait like 5 mins...that is the most annoying thing.
Can this be bypassed or turned off?
