The door card is made of 1/8\" PVC sheet molded to a wooden buck to match the original shape. I used my wife's sewing machine to learn how to stitch and failed miserably. I bought a walking foot sewing machine and did this. Later we 3D printed an armrest because the seats are so tight that the factory arm rest won't fit.
