fresh reman motor from jasper, 5.3. Just noticed this under the oil cap. I haven't driven it maybe 70 miles since I've swapped motors and I'm wondering if maybe it's just condensation build up from it sitting a few months after the swap combined with the cold weather we've been having. Any thoughts?
