First 10 today ... All Motor
Add me to the club.
Finally got into the 10s today during Pony Wars at SGMP with a new PB of 10.954 123.58 on a 1.496 60 ft.
Then just missed a 10 19 minutes later with a 11.057 122.26 on a new PB 1.477 60 ft.
The good thing is that I know I can get a better run with a better 60ft. I'm only launching at 1800 rpm and haven't even tried to see how far I can raise the rpms at the line yet on the foot brake. (just restalled from 3200 to 3600)
The car was build over several years by Back Street Performance in Medina Ohio.

Congrats man!! Obtaining a 10sec slip in a Gto is not an easy task. Especially in a 3600-3700 lb car. I'm currently working on a 418 build for my goat it's a M6 I will be stoked if I can run 11.50's. keep up the good work man

Did you do any kind of weight reduction? I have a manual t56 05 that i'm hoping to run high 10s with NA, around 450 whp. Im gunna try to run the times with bias ply non dot slicks and with as much weight reduction as possible, all seats removed except drivers, no spare or tank brace etc. Ive seen ls1melissas build run a high 10 NA on a 5.7, Im hoping that ill be able to get a 10.9 with a 6.0!
