Default What exhaust are you guys running in 10 sec. club?

What exhaust does the best job for the 10 sec. club?

What do you guys feel about stepped headers on a h/c car w/ a big cam.

Should I ditch my hookers and OR y pipe w/ loudmouth for some Kooks stepped headers and True duals??

Thanks guys

i run 1.3/4 race headers with the mufflex y and caped off borla for sound reasons. but with open borla i loose about 15 or so rwhp from just having open headers. im considering some steped headers now.

I had flp with a cut out and hooker cat back that is with my current sig . I now have kook 17/8 and true 3in with borla xr1 going in.I think steped headers on a h/c car is to much.

As far as gains go, would a 1 7/8 Kook to an ORY and Corsa be that much less than a TD setup with dumped exhaust?

MAC headers and Y pipe to the stock I pipe and a cutout. The muffler is a single in/out DynoMax.

Will I lose any performance by going to a set of stepped headers from Kooks and duals...in comparison to the Hooker LT's that I have now with ORYP, and loudmouth?

Why do you want steped so bad 1 7/8 is more than enough. If you go steped you will lose your bottom end power.Im using 1 7/8 kooks and going to be running alot of spray. Looking to go 9.50 or faster.H/C car of course.

I run 1 7/8" Whisper mid-length (slightly longer than MAC's) 2 7/8's Y-pipe to a 3" I pipe, 3" cutout and Dual/Dual catback.
