Great running TPI car! How are you controlling the 4L60e? What did you have to do to the runners to get them to work with the F.I.R.S.T. intake?

Thanks guys. I am using the TCI transmission controller for the 4L60E. I have the SLP runners hogged out and siamesed. To make the SLP runners fit the First base I first had to cut off the flanges on the SLP runners where they meet the base. I had new flanges made that fit the First intake base. I then had them welded on to the SLP runners. Then lots of welding and grinding.

Next goal this Winter is to go up to Famoso in Bakersfield for some good air density. I also have a new long runner intake under construction that will flow more air and along with a few other tweaks I am hoping for a 10.99et. It might take a driver that weighs 100# less than me to do it though. I weigh 260.

There is a good picture of my car among those from the Los Angeles Invasion on this site(Western Division). I will see if I can find it.

Ok, here is a link to a picture of the car. It is page 6 photo 0136. http://bowtie0069.fotki.com/la-invas...invasion-2011/
