Default Got my vert in the 11's

Finally got my vert in the 11's all the bolt ons and a little comp cam, not the thunder 224, 224/224 535/535 lift on a 114 ,cam only, 11.88 at 118.16 never thought that cam would run that.

4.10's ,m6, et streets, 10 bolt ,still leaving soft to save it 1.75 60 foot.

Pretty happy for a heavy car

Awesome time for a vert with a little cam!
What was your race weight?

I am also trying to get my vert into the 11, but trying first on stock internals.
I have 12 bolt and QTP's/BMR Drag Bar on the way, hoping launching hard will be good for at least a low 1.6 60's and a little weight reduction just might get me there.
Great Job!

I tried the stock internal route first too lol. Then I said screw it it would have done it stock if I had a 12 bolt but oh well my race weight when I ran 11.88 at 118.16 was 3532 lbs the car is not stripped it has a/c ,sway bars, everything is in tact except for the spare tire and jack. Actually really light I thought for a vert but thats with no gas lol check guage light is always on when racing lol.

TOSTO RACING
Does your car weigh 3532lbs or is that your race weight?
Do you have any dyno numbers?
That is flying for a 224 cam with only 535 lift!

I took the car straight to the scale after running it and it was 3532 raceweight the car weighed 3760 with a full tank of gas and the ss wheels and tires with me in it. So the draglights and no gas helped it went 12.01 at 116.91 with the ss wheels and nittos with a 1.73 60 foot. Sorry I didi dyno with no tuning and made 384rwhp 363 rwtq untuned haven't made it back but guessing what I picked mph wise upper 390's maybe?
