12.18 WHAT NEXT TO REACH 11's
12.18 @ 111 4kstall 26 dr's, 1.67 60' +other mods
since then I took the sport lines out and put the stock springs back, hopeing the 60' will go down,I also noticed that my plugs were burnt, so i am thinking that I need to replace my plugs and have the car retuned, smells like its running way rich all the time(even when new plugs are installed)
all mods are cam, lts with ory and 18" race bullet, ported tb, lid, its an 01 so it already has an ls6 intake...so whats next?????
ps these are my n/a passes

You're losing your ET in your 60'. You can run 11s w/ 110-111 MPH traps. (I'm sure someone has done it with 109 or even less, but with light cars and killer 60' times). Do you feel like the car is spinning or does it feel like it's hooking?
We can get your 60' times down which will make you see nice gains in ET... and at times can even help with MPH. What concerns me though are your trap speeds which means you're down on power. How much timing are you running? Do you have any pictures of your dyno graph after it was tuned? What is the track elevation where you race?
What converter are you running?

track is about 350 feet, never got my dyno graph from the tuner no idea on timing??
no it is hooking, I felt the 60 could be better but with the sport lines it will not hook, so thats why i put the stock one back in, now I can take advantage of my susp. mods (all in the rear) but my low mph has always botherd me
new edge 4000 converter

no sway bars 16's in rear with drs(bfg's, mt were on b/o when I was in the market), skinnies up front, relocation brackets, tq arm, adj pan hard bar, lca's, and sub frame c's if those count

Well, it sounds like you have a good foundation already. There are quite a few things to look at, but I would start with the tune. I'm not familiar with the type of converter that you're running. Does it feel like a real tight converter? Are you running on the stock tranny or has it been rebuilt? Do the shifts seem smooth and crisp?

trany is built, shifts ok, it was a lot harder when I had the 3500, wish it was a little harder
that converter is realy close to what you have as far as the way it feels

My converter is a loose *****. lol It was in a 10 second T/A before I got a hold of it. I've sprayed the crap out of it with a 125 shot for a year and quite a few passes on the 150 shot.... so I can't complain at all. I have a feeling that if I start putting a lot more power to it, I'll be blowing through the converter. I don't think you should be having that problem since you're cam only w/ no spray. IMO, I would start with the tune, find out what all your tuner has done to the car, and get a copy of your dyno. Best of luck to you. Let us know how everything turns out.
