Pacesetter LTs, SLP lid, Dynomax bullet got my 02 Z28 12.7s @ 109 untuned on stock wheels.
I added HEAVY 17x11 wheels and lowered the car which did not help, and with the 3.73s only gained .1 and 2 mph...
With the mods in your signature, you should be low 12s easy.

12.86 with the mods in my sig w/o the nitrous, [ no blow down tube]
1st run was a 13.31, [ spun on the launch], 2nd was a 12.98 and the third and last was the 12.86. Track got crowded after that.
I need a tune bad, running rich and my car shifts at 5700 rpms.

You should be low to mid 12's IMO.
My '02 vert.
Lid, LT's, ORY, plugs and wires, 160 therm.,Hooker Aero,2400stall, subframes=
8.07 1/8th w/1.83 60' on street tires and in street trim w/2.73's.(converts to a mid 12's in 1/4) Yeah, I know, take it to a 1/4mi. just to get kicked out.
BTW 3.42 are going in today. I see DR's in my future.

My budddy, arcticwhiteTA, has a 98 TA with a 3600 yank and headers and his best in the 1/8th was something like 1.82 60' and 8.08 1/8th. That was with some whipped 245 kelleys. So your car should be in the 12s for sure.
