12.8 at Cordova!
Just hit up midnight mayhem last night. My last time at the track i had the exact same mods, my best that day was a 13.3. Amazing what about 40 degrees temperature difference and about 0% humidity will do for your ET!
made a bunch of passes all night. Cold track left me spinnin all the way thru first half the time. Car had a LOT more in it though, thats for sure!

best is on the far right. They rip the timeslips in half during "midnight mayhem" so you don't know what the other guy ran. On the boards they only post the trap speed, so you can do a LOT of side betting (for those inclined). Took down quite a few cars. I was happy with what i did, considering it was almost 40 degrees out last night! The 10 bolt made a few bangs, but she's all good. Going to flush my clutch here in a few minutes, LOL.... fluid was pretty black by the end of the night!
Title change, please!

Excellent runs, what tires are you on? And what suspension mods?
Your car moves out great, but with work on your 60's you will be a lot faster. You should see 12.5s or so with just a better launch
Good looking car, and the midnight mayhem thing sounds like fun!

theres still a LOT more in her. I'm only grabbing 1.9xx 60' times. I took the tire pressure down to 25 a the beginning of the day, then down to 20 at the last 3 runs. Need to work on my Driver Mod... thats for DAMN sure, lol

Ahh 6spd is hurting you also. 1.7X 60's and you'll be moving right along
I run around 16 psi in my Nittos, they hook up pretty well on street or track. Pretty even tire wear, also. They are still wearing out the middles a little faster, but not bad at all. Also I've found that I have a LOT better luck if I drive completely around the water box, and don't back in to it. My experienced drag racer friend told me he thinks the nittos have enough tread that they are throwing water up in to the wheel wells and it's dropping on the tires at the line. Must be true, because I am hooking up a lot better now using his method.
I tried 30, 25, 20, and now 16-18 is the best. Nitto says to not run under 15, so I'm sticking to it . I'm using a 275/40/17 and cutting 1.75 60's on a soft 2500rpm launch with my Yank 4k. Full weight, stock suspension. All at 2500'. I'm confident it was a 1.69 in it with a 3000 launch. Still on manifolds/cats and untuned. LS6 intake, lid, ported tb, catback, pt4000, and 3.73s.

if you're talking about cordova's prep-- they do a pretty decent job. I know on private rentals like vicary day, he spends the coin to get a good prep for that day. Albeit the fact that a lot of the people there were single digit cars. For the most part, cordova's been prepped pretty well this year.

I've only been to Cordova and i've never had to hard of a time getting the car to hook fairly decent with my setup which could be much improved. My cars up for the the winter going under the knife here pretty shortly. I already can't wait for next year.
