im guessing matt is the owner? another person said he was the man also... im looking for more input. Im not too far from some of the big name shops but hes the closest to me so i figured that might be the best. keep it local

Tune time is really big in the wbody scene. Matt does great work, tunes awesome(on 3.8's and balts at least), and i know a couple guys who will go nowhere but to tune time. I went there for a dyno day a couple summers ago, its a nice place

You have Cartek not too far, you have Mikey at Rapid, Eastside all shops in the area all very good. Julio at Cartek is the best tuner around the northeast as far as I know, I don't think anyone can dispute that.

Depends where the shop is located also. If they are in a fairley expensive area and the overhead is higher/ salaries etc. than others, they have to charge more.

Matt from Tune Time Performance did not. He tuned my Tbss the first time.
Kind of confusing. One is in toms river, one is off the turnpike.
