I'll be plugging mine tomorrow, I just used a digital caliper to measure the holes. I'll post the size of the plugs I use tomorrow. The 3rd hose is in your case is the oil cooler delete hose. You can remove that hose and cap off the rad if you want. Not sure if you've already removed the metal pipes that come out of the water pump but the easiest way to get them out is to hammer them out.

Where do you get the coolant caps from? I've looked at Autozone, O'Reilly's and Pep Boys, but can't find a 1/2" cap.
Also, what are you guys doing about the steam line from the back of the heads? I currently have it plumbed into the looped heater line, but there seems to be a leak at the T I'm using; probably due to the contorted lines.

my setup for the steam lines gos into the top line/port on the water pump on the pass side..that is the heater return lines spot so i run it back into that.
i use -6 a/n line i have a 90 in each head and then a T fitting more on the pass heads side and run the -6 into the water pump housing..

Thanks for the replies guys. I capped the heater inlet with a 3/4" rubber coolant bypass cap, and then connected the stock steam line to the heater return line via brass barbed fittings and a 90 degree elbow.
