LS2 vs LS1 drive by wire throttle body pinout?
Anyone know the pinout for wiring up the LS2 throttle body in an LS1 vette?
Where can I get an LS2 throttle body electrical plug or pigtail?

Man, I've been looking for just this info. Great. Got any troubleshooting procedures to tell me if I have a bad sensor?
Whats the source of this info? Did you get this out of the service manual? I've been needing to buy a service manual.
BTW, Caspers Electronics has the connector and pigtails to your length. Try them. They are actually suppose to quote me a LS2 TB connector with 8 ft of pigatails so I can wire this back in further up the harness. They will probably email me quote by Monday. I couldn't find it on their site but I emailed Justin at Caspers.
Hey blu, is your text to the right for the LS1 and the copied page for a LS2?

I got the info from See5 above, it's a screenshots of parts of a MS-word document he sent to me.
Thanks for reminding me of Caspers, I saw the pigtails somewhere and I couldn't remember where.

The 6.0 for my project is a LS 2 truck motor (2006). I have the truck intake and a 90MM electronic throttle body. Both are in new condition. Don't plan to use them and they are available. Thanks

Upon further investigation going from LS2/LS7 to LS1
1. motor control: The yellow and brown leads are reveresed
2. TPS: The +5V and ground are reversed.
Maybe the motors and sensors are reversed between model years, I have no other explanation.

maybe someone can help me adapt a E40 PCM (LS2) to control a 2007 4.8L motor with the double 80 pin computer. After close examination all pin outs line up well except, I will need to run LS2 knock sensors. And I have some extra pins on the left over on the throttle body, which is what I need help with;
4.8L throttle body LS2 E40 throttle body 6 wire
Connector Part Information • 15326836
• 8-Way F GT 150 Series, Sealed (BK)
Pin Wire Color Circuit No. Function
A YE 581 TAC Motor Control - 1 B 581
B BK/WH 1704 Low Reference C 1704
C BN 582 TAC Motor Control - 2 A 582
D BK 452 Low Reference no match
E L-BU/BK 1688 5-Volt Reference E 1688
F PU 486 TP Sensor 2 Signal F 486
G D-GN 485 TP Sensor 1 Signal D 485
H GY 416 5-Volt Reference no match
I and up with two pins on the throttle body that I don't know what to do with? Pins D 452, and pins H 416, also can I completely eliminate the tack moduale?

BUMP for clarification:
I have an LS2/T56 E40 ('06 GTO) that's going into a BMW. I'm considering switching to an LS1 computer setup. The harness/computer guy I spoke with told me that to retain DBW (which I'd like to do), I'd have to either use an aftermarket TB or switch to a C5 TB (along with the C5 pedal and C5 TAC module). I told him I thought it was possible to retain the stock LS2 90mm TB. He said to the best of his knowledge, it is not possible
Just to be clear, is it possible to retain the LS2 90mm TB with an LS1 computer? Is that what the pinout information in Post #4 above is detailing?
TIA.
