Default Anyone swap out their daytime orange running lamps for something else?
I'm going to be swapping out the fog lights in my Formula today for some projectors, and was also considering swapping out the daytime running lamps for something different. Maybe not a new housing like I am doing with the fogs, but just a different color. Maybe just a white. Not sure yet...

Has anyone else swapped out their orange daytime running lights? If so what color did you swap to? Post up pics (especially of them lit)!

I am planning on doing my camaro DRL's in an LED strip. I want it to look like the Audi running lights. One bright strip.

Well i had changed mine to blue once, then was getting to many looks from the cops, so now its just the LED.

I was more or less refferring to the round orange daytime running lights in the Firebird V6's or Formula's.

Anyone swap those?

Me too! I took it a step further and put blue in my clear side markers. IMO made my TA look awesome! (Flame on!) Had a state trooper follow me for about 1/2 a mile in the left lane before he pulled me over. He asked me how I was doing, could he have my license and registration, did I know why he pulled me over... Said the lights looked great, but they need to go. I had them in for 3 days, then poof, gone!

My back up lights are still blue though! Should have taken pics before I changed them, oh well...

It's bulb # 3157. "The book" says to get 3157 Amber. Clearly, get the white ones instead.
