i didnt completely black mine out, but def close to it i love them . hatch light too and light up great at night still

and the reverse lights? damn you went all out. Any night shots in reverse?

ill take one tonight for ya. they light up just great! its black paint mixed with clear coat .. with some heavy math work for the mix hahah!

I wonder how they would look on pewter t/a with a combination of pewter and clear.

^ ive wondered the same thing about those expensive headlight kits that dont flip up. instead of leaving them clear and ugly, maybe paint them with whatever color your car is mixed with clear so light shines through and they wont look as ugly.
