Question Looking into a Zaino Detail Kit.... Price seems low...

I've always read that Zaino products were really high. I just visited thier site and everything seems very reasonable....

I'm about to place an order with Tropi-Care for a buffing kit, and was looking at their polishes and swirl removers and they seemed rather high. I don't mind paying for a better product, but Zaino seems a good bit cheaper...

Which packages/products are you looking at? Might not be an apples to apples comparison.

I'd go with what Tropi-Care recommends.

I use some stuff not many have heard of, but probably will before too long.
Menzerna is well known, and very good.
Prima stuff isn't known as well, but is all very good.

I'll order some polishes and compounds through Tropi-Care in a couple days, I gotta make up my mind what all I need.

I'll be getting the Menzerna products, for the BMW and the Camaro primarily. Gotta decides on which ones...

ive used menzerna and zaino, 2 of the best in the business imo. zaino will shine like crazy but does absolutely no cutting so if your looking to get some swirls out then dont go with zaino but if you want shine then its definately the way to go. Menzerna was a great product for cutting and shine, although not as deep as zaino. I would definately recommend clay baring prior to applying polish as well.

I've done a good bit of buffing and detailing in my day, but I always used what was supplied...

So would buying menzerna for polishing and some Zaino "wax" for finishing be ideal?

Zaino is not a "wax".
Read the FAQ's on their webpage for more info.

Notice "wax"....

I understand, I was asking if Menzerna would be good for polishing and then using the Zaino finishing products for my final finish?

I would cut with menzerna, shine with zaino, then use your preferred wax.

Cut with Menzerna.
Polish with Prima.
Wax with Victoria's Concours Red.

Shine, depth, protection. Zaino has the shine and protection, but not the depth.
