Default How do I REALLY clean interior plastics?

I bought some dark grey plastics to replace my half tan half black pieces(flaking paint) but the thing is that I got them from the JY and the two sail panel pieces were covered with mud and dust.
I tried washing them with a brush and soapy water and it still has dirt in the texture. I was thinking maybe power washing them carefully but I was curious if anyone has any ideas.

A steamer will do wonders for you.

Thanks man, I had completely forgotten that I have a steamer. I used that on it and it worked great. Then I went ahead and tried it on my painted door panel an it peeled the paint right off. The tan in the door panel looks so good im thinking about going back to tan now....

Thats what I wanted. I wanted it to remove the black paint that was already coming off on the door panel. I did the perimiter of the panel and the pocket but I left the vynil insert black. I think it looks really good this way.
Next im going to try and strip the paint off the rest of the tan pieces and maybe put them back in. I really like how the tan looks with a polo green car. The graphite pices I got are nice but it doesnt really go with the car. ehh I dunno what to do now!!!
