its really noticeable when you look at it by the sides..... whats the fix???

Or do you mean in the center where it meets the tailpanel? Mine has a slight sag to it.

Mine sags on the sides too i'm not sure what to do about it either.

bend up on the metal lip behind the bumper to fix the sag

When I had to replace my bumper when I was in an accident my bumper sagged when I put the new one on because the plastic clips holding it up weren't on right. Maybe the plastic clips on yours are wearing down for some reason? You may never drive your cars much but maybe just detioration and they aren't brand new either...
