I also did the whistler headlights a few months ago and it took VERY LONG for me to do. Sanding is what took so long for me. I believe It took me about 8 hours. It looks good Nick!

2-3 hours total...i would bake em for like 10-15 minutes at 250*F then gently pry them apart...you are better off giving more force to the lense than the housing cuz it breaks really easily!...you gotta be careful when you mask the inside off too cuz it can easily peel up the chrome, def a lot easier than i expected!!! oh and use krylon fusion plastic paint...it works well

Yeah, I know... I guess I just took my time and tried to not rush, but it came out good. I don't think I would like to do it again though.

Looks good, 20 texts later and its perfect haha. I'd recommend getting the turn signals like mine. They match the whistlers really well. The lense is still clear and the inside is painted black except the back reflector. I think it looks a lot better than just the tinted lenses.

I think these are them

Yeah, you put the headlights on a piece of wood. That's what I did.

This is whistlers how to.
I did this, but I used a flat black rim paint. good on heat and abuse.. tho nothing should be abusing the paint inside the headlights. came out good, I just cant seem to get the lens to clear up.. So I got halo lights.

8 hours? how? all you have to do is scuff the chrome part to the point where its full so the pain will stick. i had an hour in mine tops!
