whistler headlights finally done...turned out perfect!!!
it started to get dark out and i used my cell phone but you get the idea...let me know what you think...

2-3 hours total...i would bake em for like 10-15 minutes at 250*F then gently pry them apart...you are better off giving more force to the lense than the housing cuz it breaks really easily!...you gotta be careful when you mask the inside off too cuz it can easily peel up the chrome, def a lot easier than i expected!!! oh and use krylon fusion plastic paint...it works well

looks good man.. i did the whistler to my head lights a little while ago and i coudn't be happier... it did take me about 5 hours to finish but i ground those little "nubs" off the lense and i used a Flat black Kylon and they look amazing...... good job man

thanks man, im gonna try to get some better pictures tomorrow...gotta figure out what im gonna do about the corners...i think maybe just some vinyl tint like i did for the marker lights and third brake light...

This is whistlers how to.
I did this, but I used a flat black rim paint. good on heat and abuse.. tho nothing should be abusing the paint inside the headlights. came out good, I just cant seem to get the lens to clear up.. So I got halo lights.

follow the one on car domain but i would turn the heat up to about 250*F and put them in for about 12 minutes...if they still arent ready do another 3 minutes and check again...put em on a piece of wood in the oven

Looks good, 20 texts later and its perfect haha. I'd recommend getting the turn signals like mine. They match the whistlers really well. The lense is still clear and the inside is painted black except the back reflector. I think it looks a lot better than just the tinted lenses.

yeah i actually had a set about 2 months ago but at that time i didnt plan on doing the whistler headlight so i sold em...i'm gonna look around and see what i can find cuz i dont need the back ones anymore...
