Smile bored, powder coating pictures time

been quite a while since I did a pic thread. Thought I'd throw up a few from some of my workload in the last couple weeks.

Prostars, middles masked and shot. There's no line to mask, I literally picked a reflection in the metal and used that to mask. Powder survived having the lug nuts torqued on, no problem.

bike wheels, matched to the decal on the side of the bike per customer request

more bike wheels

brake calipers

rotors, customer said he had a lathe at work to cut the powder off the pad surface so I didn't have it done.

wildwood calipers for a old school ZR1

K..more coming..

Mike, bring the rotors this week if you want, i've been waiting to make fun of your blistered up spray paint job

FamousZ--satin black would like nice I would think, be real smooth and clean looking for sure. Satin black painted engine bay with satin black powder coated parts through out..mmmm that would be a sweet look in an ls1 bay.

litemup--you make it sound like that's a bad thing lol, bring whatever you want

Awesome! I wanna do the intake and the valve covers in the satin black, then throw a little red into the mix and have the coil bracket red.. Then prolly paint the coils a satin black..

How much would it run me for the valve covers, intake and brackets to be coated the colors I posted above? PM me.. Also if you have any other ideas let me know..

Sure. Customer took those and sent them, I'll ask him to get some better ones before they get installed.

Thanks everyone
