Default ws6 vs. ws9 Outlaw hood.

Looking for a side by side comparison. Anyone have any pictures of two cars side by side with each hood? Was wondering how different they looked when right next to each other.

yea i know its a little taller and has the extractors. Just wanted to see one beside a stock one. Im wanting something that isn't obviously stock. Like the 3" ss hood compared to a stock one. Its pretty noticable.

The only problem with the superhawk is availability considering Roger at UXexotics is MIA. I agree though, the superhawk is my favorite hood as well.

I'm subscribing to this thread as well because I too would like to see a side by side comparison of the ws6 vs the ws9 outlaw to get an idea of just how much higher the ram air 'nostrils' are.

even someone who can photoshop or whatever. Take a good pic with the ws9 outlaw and take a good pic showing a stock hood and crop the pictures into one so they are side by side.

Everyone saying search here and search here. Ive googled searched, yahoo searched, tech searched and so on. That is why I made this thread. So if you know of pictures I dont... Please post them.

2 out of the 2 ws9 outlaw owners that I know don't like their hoods and think they are obnoxious. at some angles they like it because they feel like it matches with the high rise t/a spoiler height better than a ws6 cowl size. hope that helped

do what black_phoenix said and search on cardomain. pretty much everyone who is into their car has a cardomain page, or an fquick page. if you're going to find anything those are your best bets.

i just typed "ws9 hood" into cardomains search and got all kinds of results. here ya go: http://www.cardomain.com/search?term=ws9 hood

just copy some of the pics and make your own side by side. there should be plenty to pick from. its much easier than it seems.

i too think they look a bit obnoxious. those extractors look pretty rediculous and out of place.

the only thing that they felt was obnoxious was the overall size and cowl height. they felt like it was cool at first, but they got tired of it after awhile. the heat extractors are sexy, but I may be biased I have a normal ws9 hood =]

from the sides the size of the cowl doesn't seem to look too bad, but looking at it from the front it's a bit much. but to me its the extractors that throw it off. i could probably get used to the cowl size. but i've never seen one in person, and i havent tried to look into them really since i didnt care for the design, so my opinion on the ws9 may not be the best.

BUT, i still would take the WS6 hood before anything else, it fits the car perfect. once i got mine it pulled the whole car together. definitely my favorite appearance mod

I like mine there is nothing obnoxious about it, its not too tall or bulky, and it deffinately looks mean comming up on you.

I traded some stuff for mine, but if i had to buy one i would get the superhawk

THANK YOU! This is exactly what I was looking for, a side by side comparison with the same perspective in both.
