All depends on how you do the mod, if you use automotive paint and clear it, it should hold up as good as the rest of the paint on your car. Go cheap and do a base coat or two with a rattle can and it probably won't do too good

rattle can will hold up perfectly fine if you do good prep work, and do nice, light, even coats. i did 2 (i think) coats of primer, 3-4 (i forget) coats of color, and then 3 coats of clear. all dupli-color products. looked perfect when it was finished, and looks perfect to this day.
i'll be washing the car in a little bit, once the lakers/celtics game is over, and then i'll post up some pics of it.
