Headlamp help!

I have noticed that occasionally when I pop up the headlights it makes a squeaking noise. Its definitely not a grind so I hope its not associated with one of the gears going bad.

Any idea's on how to fix this if possible?

Lube up the pivoting arms that attach the headlight to the motor

What would be safe to use? I heard WD-40 isn't good because it promotes rust or something.

White lithium spray grease IMO. cheap at walmart etc
