Default Steering wheel question.

I want to use a steering wheel from a T/A or 2000 up Camaro in my 98 Camaro. I don't want the one that has the radio controls as I do not have a stock radio and doubt they could be made to work. Although that would be cool. Question is, will it work? Do the airbags hook up to the wiring the same? Thanks. I just hate the look of this steering wheel.

The controls are easy to make work. PAC is the company that makes an interface for them. I have used and seen it used in dozens of cars with no problems. You tell it what button does what and it will work like a remote. I think it is the PAC SWIx, but I am not 100% sure that is the model number. As for the steering wheel working, I really don't know and wish I could help. I hope someone else can. Good luck!

Well thanks for that. I may go for one with the steering wheel buttons if this works.
