I'm not sure but I would guess it's in the neighborhood of 20% to 35% somwhere. Just had mine done with 5% today and the tops are significantly lighter. I'll probably go back and have them do 5% on the tops as well.

I'm pretty sure that the tops are a factory tinted glass, meaning they are "dipped" and not tinted with a sheet of aftermarket tint like we do the rest of the windows. So it wouldn't be removable, it's actually part of the glass, like the glass was stained that color. So I don't think you'd want to go too dark on the tops as even 50% would probably get you pretty dark on the tops since you're laying it over an already tinted piece of glass...

But someone can correct me if that's wrong on the tops being a dipped glass tint....

Pretty sure you are right, the glass is actually that color its not a sheet of tint making it that dark. Not sure of dipping process but it makes sense to do it that way I guess. I got 15% on the sides, 5% on the hatch and the tops are factory dark. Probably are 15% they look pretty similar to my sides

You would be right. I had one of mine shattered, and they are not tinted. It's the glass itself.

Yeah, I'll probably do the same. My sides and rear hatch are 5%... the tops look goofy when you're sitting in the car. They look VERY light...
