Default Dash Starting to Crack

My dash is beginning to crack along the gap between the passenger side airbag and the soft plastic of the dash, closest toward the center of the car. I am interested in any ideas on how to repair this to prevent further cracking as it seems isolated currently. I do not really want to remove my dash nor do I have time to currently because of school, so I am hoping for a fix which may be less involved.
Thanks.

I would really appreciate any help from someone experienced with these sorts of problems. If my only option is to find a used dash, please let me know also.

If there is somewhere better to post this, please also let me know.

Thanks.

are you talking about the dash pad where the defroster is? or the entire vinyl dash?

the vinyl dash, where it is soft to the touch. I already replaced the "crash pad" when it got a small crack about a year ago or so.

Mine is also starting to crack on the corner where the flap for the airbag is supposed to be glued down. But that egde of the dash & the airbag cover have already separated a little.

I'm thinking the only solutions would be to either replace it with a dash in good condition or take it to a shop to have it professionally wrapped.
