Default Taillight blackout covers?

Has anyone used or have these taillight covers? They sell em at a few places. They look nice in the pics, and id like to have that blacked out look. Just wondering if any of you guys have bought them, and how they worked and looked for you. PICS would be nice!

Thanks for the pics, they look good on that ta. I dont know what your talkning about tho on "easily do a search" I searched forever and just come up with pages and pages of BS, they only mention i could find of em was in for sale or wanted ads. Sometimes its just easier to post a question---thanks again for the pics, both good lookin cars.

Here is before and after pics of my ta. I ended up selling the covers. I liked the look better without the covers personally.

If your not worry about your taillights I would consider painting them. Just sand em down and use clear coat. And put just mix a little bit of black iNGO it and it'll tint the taillights nicely

If you have no worries about getting stopped by PD, go for it.

I just ordered a set of the covers- they look good to me from the pics posted. I would just shade" my tails em but, i dont need another reason for the cops to bother me. This way if i ever change my mind or get pulled over i can just pop-em off.

Only reason I don't like them is you can tell its a little raised above the center tail section... VHT would look good, but I think the red lights look good as contrast on the black body, as pictured above. Its why I never ended up VHT'ing my lights, although I think it'd be different if you could get a flatter finish to go with a berger panel..

I recommend some VHT over covers. You can control the tint, and tinting over blacking out means less trouble with the police.

Just got my car out of the body shop, got all my dents and imperfections fixed- will post pics of all that later. I popped these covers i had ordered on and am very happy with the look and the fitment. Looks awesome to me- and i can pop em off when i feel like it.
