All right, so I decided to do something out of the ordinary for my NBM SS. I tired to "color match" the NBM well the wife looked at it and didn't like it period. I figured I'd let you guys take a look and see what you guy's take is on it.

go with something less reflective, you can see every defect in the surface, wrinkles, bends and bumps kill it... also, you will NEVER color match NBM with that material. go with a suede or microfiber. something more forgiving of the cheap panel underneath.
edit:
Also, the painted door handle bezel really kills it. Again, less gloss. our interiors aren't flashy. In this case, less IS more.

k, maybe this weekend I can get some microfiber or suede and use my ebony trim and see how that looks. As soon as I get it done I'll post pics. Thanks guys for the honesty.

I don't know, just seems to bright to me. I don't think the door would be too bad, but I think red stitching is as far as I'd want to go on the seats (looks a little ricey to me).
Not knocking your car at all....looks like you've pulled it off pretty well.
EDIT: I think it looks better on the Camaro because there's more black on the door panel.

^ actually, mine is OEM from a 96 i picked up the whole interior for $100 since mine was literally shredded when i got it. It was just a temp interior but I liked it so much, I bought a complete kit from classic industries. the red looks bright in the pics but it looks really nice in person. I think you would like it.. anyone else who has said that it looks "overkill" and saw it in person has changed their mind.

OP, a good bet would be a foam backed, non preforated marine vinyl. it stretches well and has a nice satin finish that is uv resistant and can get wet without damage.. hence, "marine" use....
