Polishing CCW SP500s
I tried some new metal polish for my wheels the otherday & i thought id share my pics. I used the metal polish from adams they have a 1 & 2 step process and the results are by far better than anything i have tried. I detail part time so finding a metal polish that is worth a damn & i think they have nailed it!
And after.
And here they are on the car.

The polish is about 25 a bottle and its 2 steps. I polished these by hand all 4 took about an hour or so with removing them. The metal polish 1 i used with an old sock, and the metal polish 2 came with a microfiber pad and i used that.

That is pure sex.
I think I will try the Adams polish when I run out of Blingmaster. One thing is for sure, the liquid polishes for aluminum simply cannot be beat by pastes. They seem to basically eat away the tarnish on the surface. Makes polishing wheels so much easier.

The Sharkhide looks promising, but on their website under the FAQs, they mention that on highly polished surfaces, it can leave a rainbow finish. The protection looks promising, but the finish may still leave something to be desired...for $60, I don't know if I'm willing to try it.
