Default My custom 6LE Seat Covers with Houdstooth

Finally got around to installing all of my seat covers! My first time doing upholstery work; I hope to work out some of the wrinkles over time, we'll see. Overall pretty happy how it turned out. I've received a bunch of compliments so far! Sorry for crappy pics but for now, is all I got ...

OMG that looks sick! Did you take the old leather off and put these on or are they just seat covers like you said they are?

Thanks everyone! In terms of difficulty, it was more time consuming than anything, I was trying to take my time being that I'd never done something like this before. You have to make cuts for all the openings needed (where the seats bottom joins the upright portion, the seat belt guides, etc).

The fabric feels great too, and it 'grips' you a bit around corners, unlike the OEM pleather.

I'm thinking of getting the door panels in houdstooth too; maybe tie in my shift boot as well ... haha .. never stops...

No I didn't need to replace the foam, still in pretty good condition.

Wow, what an amazing difference! That looks incredible and I love how the black and white all ties in. I might have to start looking into something like that for my car!
