I just got a new VFN Sunoco hood for Christmas so i am going to be painting it and repainting the front bumper since it doesnt look that great. I plan on removing the stripes that are currently on the car and will be doing the stripes like on the dick harrell cars both on the hood and the side stripe. With the car being purple i have done silver stripes in the past and i was wondering what color yal think would look good on the purple. This is the same car that is in sig pic. Im open to any and all suggestions.

Yea I am kinda starting to lean towards the black now, i just cant decide whether to do gloss black or flat black.

My parents have their own decal/sign business so tommorow, if it decides to stop raining since its rained all week, i will try to lay on some small gloss black and flat black test pieces to see which looks best and maybe go from there. I like the way flat black looks but im just not sure how its going to look on purple but i guess we will see.

Well I decided to go with the flat black stripes and finally got them on yesterday and I also go the new hood put on. Im going to wait till the summer to paint the hood because it will be warmer, and i am going to have to repaint the whole car because the clear is starting to come off.
