Default Underhood opinions

So I am in the process of painting my slp lid and the radiator cover gloss black and I'll have a silver bird on the lid. Thinking about painting my stb black to match with a silver "trans am" sticker. Thoughts on this? Any other underhood ideas for my SOM?

Leave the stb alone other than a black trans am logo on it

I took all my **** out cleaned and painted with a duplicolor.....Got rid of the ricey red wire loom recently for silver loom...looks alot better that way. I've never painted anything before so I was happy comparably to the before/after..http://pix.kg/p/790834157311%3A293826159/sct I would go with an orange intake and orange slp lettering...

I would paint your intake manifold silver and add a brake fluid & power steering cover: yofab.com

Here's what I've done with my SOM car. All wires tucked, cut off all the little retainers on the coils and harnesses. TCS relocation, New fuel line, deleted EVAP, no EGR/AIR, SOM painted intake, and coils. I really want to get some polished valve covers that look stock, but it'll be much later..

You should take off the fuel rails and polish them! I want to do it, but don't want to do the work just yet

I'd paint your tower brace either black or SOM. Other than that, I'd go with what you stated OP.

I think if you paint the stb black and leave the rest alone it will look great. If it was my car I would remove the blue gm sticker on the drivers side and just keep it clean like you have it. I think some people over do it and it starts to look tacky, I would not paint the rad. cover or the lid, just keep it clean.
Nice car by the way!!
